Britney Spears angers Australian fans after lip-syncing

Britney Spears' lip-synching antics can fly with fans here in the US but the Aussies aren't having it.

This weekend during the pop princess's concert at Perth's Burswood Dome fans began to walk out three songs into the concert upset at her underwhelming performance.

Australian newspaper The Sunday Telegraph reports attendees were fuming not only because Britney lip-synched the entire concert but included no large screens for the cheap seats, sang mostly ballads and spent most of her time to her back to them. Of course they were pissed!

Many claimed it was not worth the $200 per ticket they spent. One 22-year-old female fan who walked out after half an hour of Brit's miming drove hours and spent about $500 total to see the "Toxic" performer.

"It's cost me half a week's wage and you've got bills to pay, but you look forward to this concert, it's a night out - and what do you get? Nothing. It was a waste of $200 - I could have got four pairs of shoes for that." she told the paper.

Despite this, a Burswood Dome spokesperson they had record sales and received no complaints.

After the show, Britney was reportedly forced to stay in her hotel room after the ruckus threatened to put a stop to her Australian tour. Man, those Aussies do not play!

$200 bucks is pretty steep to see a flea-size Britney sing to a back track and not even dance her ass off!
