Lady GaGa spills the details of her 'Gossip Girl' appearance

When Lady GaGa announced she was going to guest on the CW's teen hit "Gossip Girl" last month, we figured it would be just another lip-synched boring performance worked in randomly but as GaGa told MTV News, this isn't going to be just any old guest spot.

Prepare yourselves for ladders, high-rise dresses and crazy performance art from the Lady -- as if she would do anything less. "I am the narrator behind what is going on with the characters and make the song part of the moment," she explained. "We used these ladders, and I'm falling off ladders. Ladders are kind of a monster symbol about bad luck. And I have this 35-foot-long dress on and these X's, very gothic-inspired. It was great. They let me do whatever the hell I wanted. It was amazing."

This sounds like it may be a little to artsy for the likes of Blair Waldorf and crew but it sounds like it might be up Little J and Brooklynite Vanessa's alley! Tune into the CW on November 16th to see how all this craziness plays out.
