Rihanna's new single 'Russian Roulette' (audio)

This morning "Russian Roulette," the first single from Rihanna's upcoming album, Rated R began streaming on her website, kicking off the countdown until the album's November 23rd release.

The song, written and produced by Ne-Yo, is a low tempo dark number with violent lyrics that echo controversy especially after her altercation with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.

We would have preferred RiRi come back into the scene with more of a raucous banger than a subdued pop song but we think Rihanna fans will be glad to have their princess back all the same.
