R.Kelly can't read

R&B singer R.Kelly recently addressed peeps at Midwest Music Festival in Chicago --like a freakin' preacher-- and he admitted that "he can't even read" and he's not afraid to say it. Is he really completely illiterate?

Whatever, R.Kelly we don't really care much, the highlight of this video for us is when he says "You ain't hearing no singah, you hearin' a suhvivah'. Quite cheesy, even for the guy who sings 'I believe I can fly'. Check out the full speech below.
