El presidente Obama le cantó al senador como parte de un tributo musical en su 77 cumpleaños. El presidente compartió con Bill Cosby , Lauren Bacall y James Taylor.
Luego cantó el mismo Ted Kennedy, a quien aparentemente le gusta este arte porque no es la primera vez que se dirige a un público cantando.
